What are we doing?
Every week of the school year we feed children from Blackman and Rockvale schools, and we are pursuing a citywide Feed 5,000 goal across Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
Sign up to serve on our Food Insecurity Team and help us share the love of Jesus in a practical, life-changing way. No experience needed, and most of these roles take an hour.

Two schools every week. Three holidays every year. One church that refuses to let a kid in this city go home to an empty pantry.
How a bag gets to a kid

Tuesday: pick up the empties
A team collects last week's bags from Blackman and Rockvale and brings them back to the church.

Wednesday: pack the bags
We fill every bag with food a kid can open and eat without an adult. It takes about an hour with enough hands.

Thursday: deliver before the weekend
Bags go back to both schools so no child on that list goes home to an empty pantry on Friday.
