Disciple or Christian?
John 15:9-17
“Is it possible to be a Christian and not actually be a disciple of Jesus?”
We’ve separated what Jesus never separated.
1. LIVE IN THE LOVE OF JESUS
Obedience is not how you stay in His love—it’s how you experience it.
2. PURSUE JOY IN JESUS
Divided devotion always produces divided joy.
3. LOVE LIKE JESUS
Can someone say, “I’m a Christian”, but consistently avoid the kind of love Jesus describes?
4. WALK CLOSELY WITH JESUS
Jesus is not looking for empty rule-following. He’s inviting us into a relationship with Him that changes how we live.
